Hi, I´m Leila. I’m a Senior People Partner with deep experience in high-growth, tech-led and multinational environments.
I bring over a decade of experience as a Senior People Partner to leadership teams, combined with strong business side experience, having held senior roles in Chief of Staff, COO & Strategy functions.
My work is outcome-driven. I focus on strategy execution, OKRs, and measuring real business impact.
I work fractionally by design, stepping in quickly to discover, build, unblock, and deliver what teams need across product, engineering, and People functions.
I offer Senior People Partner support on a fractional or project basis, depending on what the organisation needs at that moment. Engagements are always scoped, time-bound, and focused on delivery.
